Great Chicken Wing Chase

Somebody's finally making a documentary chicken wing movie. A guy from upstate NY drove from Manhattan to Buffalo with a car full of Slavs (Yes, apparently Slovakia is teeming with chicken wing fans) in search of the world's best Buffalo wing. Real high brow stuff.

They reasoned that the best Buffalo wing would probably be found in New York. I guess they're trying to maintain the appearance of objectivity by not limiting themselves to Buffalo, but they are ending the hunt in our winged city.

The film crew obviously knows they're not going to find what they're looking for in Massachusetts. People have no idea how to make wings in Boston. I've basically given up. It's a damn shame.

This has gotten me inspired though. Stay posted if you want to dig into my best Buffalo wings. They're not Anchor Bar originals, but I am proud to say I've successfully tempted two vegetarians back to the meat side with my wings. Despite my best attempts, I have not yet converted Melissa but hey, the summer's only starting.
