The Washington Post reports on growing opposition among former White House aides to the current reauthorization of No Child Left Behind Act. And these are guys who once staunchly fought it. "Wild Gene" Hickok, one of the original architects of the act and political strongarm used to beat people up for talking bad about NCLB. Now he's leading a charge against far-reaching federal intrusion into state and local affairs.
